Excellent service and very accommodating! We originally booked our rental for a day after our arrival by mistake, but the GMax team went above and beyond and arranged a car for us on the very day we landed. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the end of our trip - super convenient! The car was a new, compact Hyundai, perfect for exploring the island. Everything worked smoothly.

I don't have anything bad to say. Prompt shuttle service, good rates, nearly brand new vehicles. Staff was nice and got through everything quickly. Our car had 523KM on it. Would choose G-Max again in a heartbeat.

Yes, as long as a vehicle is available in the station; however, we recommend making a reservation because no vehicle may be available during busy periods.
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible. The reservation number issued and the email address you registered at the time of reservation are required to cancel or make changes.
A reservation cancellation fee pre-determined by the company may apply if you cancel your reservation. If the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the start of the booking, there will be no cancellation fee applied.
Please make sure to contact the concerned station if you are going to arrive later than the specified pick-up time. Failure to contact the station will cause the reservation to be cancelled two hours after the scheduled pick-up time. The vehicle may also not be available anymore at the time of pick-up.
Please follow the procedure below if you get involved in an accident: • Move the vehicle to a safe location to prevent further accidents. • Assist all injured parties. • Report the accident immediately to the police and forensys (phone number 165). • Get the details of the other party. • Contact GMax Car Rental at +297 2800321. • Do not negotiate a private settlement on the spot. Private settlements will invalidate the insurance, which will require the user to pay the entire cost.
